4. Intellectual Property:

  • Client Content: You retain all intellectual property rights to the data you enter into our software.
  • Our Intellectual Property: We retain all intellectual property rights to our software, including the underlying code, design, and any proprietary materials created by us.

5. Our Software Products:

  • License: Our software products are licensed on a subscription basis. Your license to use the software is contingent upon maintaining an active subscription.
  • Data Responsibility: For software that stores data locally on your device (like Swarna Flow), you are solely responsible for the data you enter. It is your responsibility to create regular backups. We are not liable for any loss of data.

6. Client Responsibilities:

You agree to provide accurate information upon registration and are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

7. Limitation of Liability:

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Smart City Ajmer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the services.

8. Termination:

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our Services at any time, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms.

9. Governing Law:

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of India, and the parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ajmer, Rajasthan.

10. Changes to Terms:

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes. Your continued use of our services after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
