Cancellation & Refund Policy

This policy outlines the terms for cancellation and refunds for the digital services provided by search is end!

Cancellation by Client: The Client may cancel a project at any time by providing written notice. However, the initial advance payment and any payments made for completed milestones are non-refundable. This is to compensate for resources and time already invested in the project.
Cancellation by search is end: We reserve the right to cancel a project if the Client is unresponsive for more than 15 days, or if there is a breach of the terms and conditions. In such cases, the advance payment will be forfeited.

General Policy: Due to the nature of digital services, refunds are not generally provided once work has commenced. Payments for completed work or work in progress are non-refundable.
Advance Payment: The advance payment required to start a project is non-refundable under any circumstances.
No Refunds After Final Approval: Once the Client has provided final approval for a project or deliverable, no refunds will be issued.
Non-Delivery: In the unlikely event that search is end is unable to deliver the project as per the agreed-upon proposal, a partial or full refund may be considered on a case-by-case basis after deducting costs for work already completed.

This policy applies to all our software products sold on a subscription basis (e.g., monthly, yearly, lifetime).

Free Trial: Some of our software products may offer a free trial period. We encourage all users to take full advantage of any available trial period to ensure the software meets their needs before making a purchase. The duration and availability of a free trial will be clearly stated on the specific product's page.
Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time. Your cancellation will take effect at the end of your current paid billing period. You will continue to have access to the software until the end of that period.
Refunds: Subscription fees are non-refundable. Once a payment for a subscription period has been made, we cannot issue a refund. This applies to all our software products, regardless of whether a free trial was offered.
